How do I schedule an appointment?
Find an advisor who has a schedule listed for appointments. Click on Schedule an Appointment from that advisor’s page and proceed to select the date, time and length you wish to have the appointment for. You will then be asked to pay for the appointment in advance of your scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
What if I am running late for my appointment?
You have up to 5 minutes from the scheduled start time of your appointment to Join. Unfortunately, whatever time has expired is part of your overall allotted appointment time if you should join late.
What if I miss my appointment?
All missed appointments are subject to a fee of up to 100% of the fee charged for that appointment. There will be NO REFUNDS for services missed or rendered. See more in our Disclaimer and Terms.
What if my advisor doesn’t show up for my appointment, or cancels it?
After you join your appointment, if for some reason your advisor doesn’t show up, or they have contacted you to cancel it, please email us at spiritsconnections@gmail.com to reschedule or to receive a refund.
How do I cancel my appointment?
Any appointment made can be cancelled by accessing your account at spiritsconnections.com. All appointment cancellations done online must be done prior to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. All appointment cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee of up to 100% of the fee charged for that appointment.
What happens if I end my appointment early?
You are charged for your appointment for a specific block of time, chosen by you. Whether or not you use the full amount of appointment time is up to you. We do not offer refunds for unused time during your appointment however, it may be up to your practitioner if they want to add the unused time onto your next appointment.
What if the reading’s going great can I stay on with the practitioner past the appointment time?
If the practitioner/reader has time to extend your appointment, you will be required to pay the additional minutes before the session is extended.
